Orizon Petro Engineering manufactures many models and sizes of polyurethane foam pigs, which are use for various pigging application including: proving, Swabbing, Drying, Wiping, De-watering, Scraping, Product Removal, Debris Removal ,Cleaning, Aggressive Cleaning.

Feature

Available in 3 standard foam density, light (1-2 lbs/ft3), medium (5-7 lbs/ft3), and heavy (8-10 lbs/ft3) density foam.
Common configurations include bare, criss-cross, both wire & nylon brush, and silicon carbide. With various design options such as double-nose, various coating patterns (single-spiral, fully coated, etc.), extra lengths and custom diameters, pulling ropes, bypass jets, and transmitter cavities.
Standard sizes range from 2″ to 60″,
